behind our referrals. If we refer a service provider to do work on
your home, cottage or car and, within 30 days of the date the work
is to be completed, it becomes evident that the work of such
provider is incomplete, or not in substantial compliance with the
terms of the original, written contract between the service provider
and you, or not within normal standards of workmanship for a job of
its kind, then subject to the fufilment of each of the conditions
stated below, you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $2,000. This
reimbursement is for actual out-of-pocket amounts paid by you to
unrelated third parties for the purpose of completing the work in
accordance with the terms of such original, written service
contract, or completing the work within normal standards of
workmanship for a job of its kind. Certain conditions apply.
