Emergency Lodging: If you have to stay at a hotel/motel because your home is not livable due to a fire, crime or natural disaster, HomeAdvantageŽ+ will reimburse you for the cost of the hotel/motel room to a maximum of $100 a night for up to 5 nights; and up to $50 for incidental expenses, such as toiletries and necessary clothing. The maximum reimbursement is $550 in any 12-month period. You must provide proof of the need for emergency lodging which could be a police report or a letter from the landlord, or insurance company.

Emergency Roadside Assistance: If you used the services of a company referred by HomeAdvantageŽ+ at the time of your auto emergency, you’re entitled to receive up to $50 in reimbursement in any 12-month period.

Emergency Locksmith Service: If you used the services of a locksmith referred by HomeAdvantageŽ+ at the time of your emergency, you’re entitled to receive up to $50 in reimbursement in any 12-month period.
